Begin by doing squats, splitting with dumbbells.Holding a weight on each side, step to your from while your rear foot is on its balls. Drop as you bring your rear knee near to the floor and bening your front knee too. Work all your reps on the left followed by reps on your right.
As soon as you’re done with the split squats you need to move on to do the Spiderman climb. Get into pushup position and bring one of your feet forward and place it outside your hand on that side.Go back to the way you started and then do the same thing with your remaining leg.
Hold your thighs lower as you do this and be careful of stretching your private area to much. Start by doing it comfortably and as you do this more often you’ll become more flexible and you’ll be able to get your foot up all the way. When you’re done with the spidermans, go back to the dumbbell split squats, repeating the superset for twelve minutes.
